For sale is this mixed media on canvas painting by Jochen Schmidt, also known by his artists name of "MASHADA" (meaning "a spray of flowers" in Kiswahili). Titled "Millenium Sunrise". The painting has Schimdt's address and title on the reverse, and is also signed at bottom right of the painting. It is approx 1 metre 8cm x 66.7cm across and is in lovely condition. The painting is ready for hanging.
Jochen Schmidt was born in Germany in 1947, he trained as a draughtsman in post-war Germany, and painted throughout Africa, Kenya, Greece and New Zealand. A painting of this size would usually sell in the thousands of dollars, We are selling this at much lower price.
