This 1928 propaganda card was produced by Parker Halliday USA and features an illustration by Bill Jones, Scrapheaps a needless tax on wages, sales and profits. Help stop the leaks. The card approx 6.4cm x 8.5cm. It is in nice condition with minor wear, marking to the reverse and minor creasing. These are a fun item from the Art Deco era.
