For sale is this circa 1790 Georgian wine table. I am not sure what the wood is. The table is approx 72cm high x 43.5cm across. There is a metal brace under the legs as is often the case with these tables, the bottom bit of the column is cracked just above the legs (not a major problem). The top is made up of 2 pieces, I am not sure if the smaller piece is an early repair or if it is original from when it was made. There are age knocks and some wear as you would expect with such an early piece. It has a lovely patina and still has its original Georgian screws to the underside of the top
